Following on from their phone launches, Huawei have also brought a new tablet to IFA as well.
Earlier in the year Huawei released the MateBook, a transformable tablet with keyboard and stylus, but the new MediaPad M3 is more of an iPad, or Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 rival.
Announced today, the M3 is designed to be a media consumption device boating a 8.4-inch 2560 x 1600 display and Harman Kardon stereo speakers with Hi-Def audio support.

Although you might just be using the Mediapad M3 for movies or music, the tablet does have the grunt for gaming, movie editing and other hardcore apps. Giving the tablet that power is an octacore Kirin 950 chipset, 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory (plus space for 128GB SD cards).
Making sure you don’t need to make many trips to the charger is a 5100mAh battery, and if you need to take photos there are front and rear 8 mega-pixel cameras.
Normally we would end there with a tablet’s specs, but Huawei have been wise enough to give the MediaPad M3 a nano-SIM slot and LTE support!
Huawei have international intentions for the M3 and will be launching the tablet in Europe, UK, Middle East and Asia.
