Oukitel U7 Plus

The Oukitel U7 Plus — which is an improved version of the Oukitel U7 Pro — was launched a few months back. The smartphone has a similar look to the iPhone 6 Plus but with one key difference, the “magic” fingerprint sensor which adds a few more functions to the smartphone.

The fingerprint sensor’s “magic” functions

As showed in the video above, with the fingerprint sensor you can:

  2. Tap it to answer calls;

But Oukitel wanted to add some more shortcuts for taking photos, other than tapping the shutter button, you can also draw a “V” on the screen to snap a picture, give voice commands, use the volume down key and as mentioned above, tapping the fingerprint sensor will get it done as well. You really can’t miss a moment with this phone!

Among other specs, the smartphone features a 5.5″ HD display covered in 2.5D arc glass, a MediaTek MT6737 CPU clocked @1.3GHz, 2Gb of RAM, 16Gb of internal storage (expandable). The rear camera is a 13MP shooter with an aperture of F/2.0 which should give pretty good results, if not for the amount effort they put in the camera software, while on the front we have a 5MP camera. The smartphone also sports a 2500mAh capacity battery.

The Oukitel U7 Plus will be on sale for $89.99 from authorized online retailers. More info here.
