Vernee Mars officially launched, global presales are up

The long awaited new Vernee model is finally oficially here, the launch happened on September 20th Shenzhen conference in China and the company CEO mr. Jacky presented not just the phone, but the long term plans, strategies and goals for the future, especially the international market success and improving the internet sales. But for us more interesting facts are the specifications of the Vernee Mars 🙂

Vernee Mars has a full metal body with 5,5-inch display and dimensions of 151,6 x 73 x 7,6 mm. Thanks to very good screen-to-body ratio Mars feels more like a five inch phone and brings simple, clean and egonomical design with arc design antenna bands. The metal body gets dual anodizing finish and sandblasting with no.220 zircon so it’s both fairly resistant and goregous looking.

The 5,5-inch display has a FullHD resolution and is equipped with a technology similar to iPhone 7, so the colors should be more vivid, the viewing angles better and touchsreen precision should be also higher. Screen-to-body ratio is very good 81 % thanks to just 1 mm bezels.

Vernee Mars has a unique Vcharge technology supporting 9V1,5A fast charging and with the original charger it’s possible to charge the phone to 50 % in just 30 minutes. Another unique aspect is the placement of the fingerprint scanner, which is side-mounted on the right side and as such is easily accessible and practical.

You didn’t say about processor, only copy-paste specs. Pics says it’s P20, that is a lot of difference – 16nm process, 25% lower power consumption than P10. It could be interesting Soc.

Good catch. Didn’t notice that pic. If it is indeed the p20, the price makes a little more sense.

go to vernee site and see that this model uses p10.

they’re saving p20 for the pro model which will cost $350. yes you read it right three hundred and fifty dollar.

even this p10 phone is superfluous, since their very own apollo lite can be had for the same price or cheaper.

Nice phone but a little overpriced.
For $250 you can get SD820 flagships.

$199 would have been a best seller.

They hold it for too long. 6 months ago maybe, but now… that’s outdated.

No, thank you, I’d better buy A-brand Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro (3/32) for 160$. 230$ for B-brand (noname) Chinese smartphone, cheap SoC and ordinary specs?! They are crazy.
