Snapdragon 821 LeEco Le X850 glanced at TENAA

leeco pro 3

LeEco seem determined to leave a mark in almost every price category in the smartphone market. Their latest WIP phone seems to be another Snapdragon 821 phone… one for the high-end market seemingly.

Listed as the LeEco X850, the phone features interesting specs besides just the Snapdragon 821 — there’s even a 16 mega-pixel front camera, greater in resolution than the 13 mega-pixel rear!

Back camera is really a dual set up with two 13mpx sensors, most likely with a monochromatic sensor like the cool1… With ois and better lenses it should really be something imho

I’m most interested in the spec and performance of the sensors and whether or not it has those big fat ugly bezels like they are known for. Also, it better ship with Daydream support on board then I might just jump ship.

You can bet it’ll have those thick black bezels ? let’s just hope in a black version of the phone, so we’ll be able to see it a little less

i wish i could really wait for the op4..the main issue is the fact that it’s still months away..

I know the feeling ? but all in all every device this far is missing something… For example, I’m positive we’ll finally see bigger batteries next year: during the next 2 years 4000mah batteries will probably become the standard instead of this stagnating 3000mah standard… Leeco pro 3 is just the first one, that’s for sure! Also, thanks to qualcomm effort in this direction, we’re about to see more dual camera phones with the b&w combo, bringing some kind of real benefit to some extent… But, if nothing of this happens, you can just pick previous year’s flagship at a good price ? like “if it’s top notch this year, it won’t sucks bad in a couple of months” ?

I have been waiting for those kind of news eversince the Le Pro 3 was announced. Maybe a worthy successor to my Le Max 2… after 4.5 months of usage! 😀

LeEco is releasing phones now at a higher pace than Elephone!
