We’ve heard a lot about UMi Plus E lately, UMi’s latest flagship will be the first smartphone on the market with a MediaTek Helio P20 CPU onboard. We’ve already learned how the Onyx Black version of the phone has been made in the same way the latest iPhone 7 has. We also know UMi goes through 125 processes to get the final premium metal feel we see on the Plus E.
Today we’ll finally check out the real performance of the Helio P20 and 6GB RAM powered Chinese smartphone. Here’s the video:
In the video we see — after a quick look at the sleek looking Onyx Black UMi Plus E— how the phone runs the most popular mobile benchmark software, a.k.a. AnTuTu Benchmark.
The end result is over 60,000 points, which is quite excellent compared to the previous Helio P10, it’s indeed about 20% more powerful. Even so, the smaller 16nm CPU technology allows for a 25% less power consumption and heat.
GPU wise, we find a 25% increase in performance over the Helio P10, with a 3D score of over 11,000 points, that should mean pretty good gaming experiences.
