No.1 G7 smartwatch going Transformers style


Even though the interest in smartwatch products is generally dwindling the chinese mass-manufacturers No.1 are still trying to squeeze the lemon. And the new addition to their lineup with No.1 G7 is a bit different, because it can fit an extra role in being sort of a mobile phone, Transformers style indeed.

It’s because the body of the smartwatch is actually detachable from the strap so usable independently. You can insert a SIM card into No.1 G7 so no problem with utilizing the GSM networks. It uses the good old MT2502 processor with 64 MB RAM and 128 MB ROM, expandable via a TF card slot.

The display is a square 1.54-inch one with 240×240 pixel resolution and No.1 G7 runs a 380 mAh battery capacity and connection via Bluetooth 4.0. As for the functions, all the usual suspects like pedometer, heart rate monitor, sedentary reminder, remote camera shutter and all the notification are of course present.
