The comfortable USB Type-C charging ports are becoming more and more common in the phone models and in 2016 we have seen a big surge in popularity. Most of the flagships adopted this bidirectional charging port and seems like the upcoming Elephone Z1 is not going to be an exception.
Elephone released yet another teaser picture of the Elephone Z1 model today along with the USB Type-C information and the Z1 will be a third model of this chinese manufacturer to carry the charging port following P9000 and M3 models.

The leaked pictures is showing a pretty cool lumia wave effect on the rear cover of the Z1 and probably once again the phone will be a great looking one like the previous Elephone ones. Let’s hope they will pay more attention to the harmony of hardware and software too, the Z1 will have the potential for that being equipped with Helio P20 processor and 6 GB RAM + 64 GB of storage combo.
Now what Elephone needs to do is market their phones to work in the U.S., they kept promising to do this and failed, this has been a big disappointment in not making good on promises

They’re probably aware of fact, that this shit would never sell in there. Even if it sold, the amount of warranty calls would kill the business there in no time.

this new model z1 looks like an updated version of p9000 (at least from the design side) and if it is gonna be at least half as successful as p9000, it will be really nice… 🙂
they decided to go with the same back cover as the s7, which is really nice, a lot of people love the effect it has!
