Time travelling event is here, Oukitel just announced they are digging the Oukitel U13 model out of the unmarked grave and will be soon released for real to the world. Quite interesting turn of events, because we haven’t really heard about it for almost half a year. But following the recent release of Oukitel U20 Plus model they apparently want some cheaper full metal option too.
First info about Oukitel U13 dates back to July to the announcement of Oukitel U13 Pro flagship, then it got renamed just to U13 in September and then more or less canned with no info available since. But today’s news are putting the Oukitel U13 back on the map and should be released soon.
Gizchina News of the week
So it’s time for a little recap about the known specs. The phone will have a full metal body and metal will be used even for the stripes over the antennas, where most of other producers prefer plastic.
Display will be a 5,5-inch one with FullHD resolution and 2.5D arc, IR sensor above the screen, rear 13 Mpix camera interpolated to 16 Mpix, front camera interpolated to 13 Mpix from 8 Mpix, octa-core processor (strongly suspecting MT6753), 3 GB RAM and 64 GB of storage. More information about Oukitel U13 should be available soon on the official website.
