Xiaomi are doing exceedingly well with their sales in India, but after-sales, so far, tells a different story.
Each social media update from Xiaomi (including any of their execs) are often filled with people complaining about lack of proper after sales. Xiaomi seem to have realized that it’s time to get that bit fixed.
Which is perhaps why the Chinese brand has partnered with B2X. B2X is a leading smartphone service provider, and as BGR.in suggest, they’re also the partner for Xiaomi in certain parts of Europe.

B2X is an important strategic partner for us who helps us expand our service network catering for the continuous massive growth in the Indian market,” said Liu Tao, Overseas Service Senior Manager at Xiaomi.

I wanted to buy redmi note3 but did not buy one due to poor after sales. Let’s see how much improvement we get to see. Hopefully, after that i’ll buy note4 in a few months.
Setting up after sales service is good, but where’s the sales? Most of Xiaomi’s products are out of reach in most parts of the world!
