Well this is not a surprise from Huawei, is it? The Chinese company unveiled today Huawei P8 Lite 2017, a new improved edition of the 2 year old previous model, that will soon be available to all European markets.
The new edition of P8 Lite comes with a 5.2″ IPS display with 1080p resolution and glossy design that’s quite similar to the one some Honor devices have. It’s powered by the company’s mid-range SoC (Kirin 655), that packs 8 A53 cores and Mali-T830MP2 GPU, and uses 3GB of RAM for easy browsing through the menus of Android 7.0 Nougat.

Huawei P8 Lite (2017) also packs a new 12MP main camera with a f/2.0 aperture, and an 8MP selfie camera on the front, while its battery capacity remains the same as on the P9 Lite: 3,000 mAh – non-removable.
It will be available in most European markets by the end of this month at a price close to 239 Euros, which is not that bad… What do you say?
I would say: bring us P10 Lite with Kirin 660 SoC instead of this craaap.
A decent offer, considering it’s half the price of HTC U Play and Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017), but has roughly the same specs.
The price makes no sense given the price of the P9 Lite.
If the camera is better than honor 7 i will get this phone
