Elephone is about to announce a low budget phone aimed at a younger audience as the peacock blue phone in the photo below might suggest. The handset will be named Elephone C1X and will come in three color options: black, gold and peacock blue, indeed. As you’d have guessed, the phone will succeed the Elephone C1. Let’s have a look at the specifications here.
Elephone C1X Specifications
- Display: 5.5-inchm 1280 x 720p
- RAM: 2GB
- ROM: 16GB
- Camera: 8 mega-pixel rear
- Other: Android 6.0, Fingerprint Scanner
Gizchina News of the week
Being a low-budget phone, its specifications — or at least some of them — are nothing to write home about. The Elephone C1X will feature a 5.5-inch 2.5D HD screen, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage (expandable) and a Samsung 8.0MP rear shooter.
The device will run Android 6.0 Marshmallow and it’ll pack a fingerprint scanner on the back, it’ll also come with tap screen to wake up feature.
Obviously, the C1X won’t be the best Elephone’s phone on the market, but if it’s well priced then it could really appeal to the younger people who do not care too much about specs and don’t want to empty their pockets.
That said, we still aren’t aware of how much it’ll cost. How much do you think it’ll be? Let us know in the comments below!

I was wondering the same, does this phone come with usb type c? I hope so, because micro usb is kinda outdated and way slower than usb type c
