ZTE’s latest projects is an Android smartphone launched in Kickstarter with eye tracking features, and today the company reveals the hardware behind this smartphone.
ZTE have taken the interesting approach to produce a smartphone based on community feedback then to make that phone available to purchase through the Kickstarter crowdfunding site.
The project started last year when the ZTE community were asked what features they would most like to see an a new smartphone. Once all the votes were counted it turned out that eye tracking was the most in-demand feature so that’s been the basis of what has now become the ZTE Hawkeye.
Before today all we knew about the Hawkeye is that it will cost just $199.00, but now we have more detailed specifications to look at, see what you think.
