OnePlus begin rolling out the latest version of OxygenOS with improved stability.
OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T owners were blessed with and Android 7.0 Nougat update for their phones on December 31st, with a second update not long after bringing the phone to OxygenOS 4.0.1, but there’s more!
Today OnePlus have started to roll out OxygenOS 4.0.2 which is said to improve stability, bring bug fixes but more importantly should bring a fix for Play Store downloads, APN settings and the proximity sensor.
Gizchina News of the week
It’s worth mentioning that the OxygenOS 4.0.2 update does still contain a few bugs carried over from the earlier release. This means those of you suffering with WIFI connection issues are going to have to suffer for a little longer! As usual, the rollout is being pushed out in stages so it will take a day or two before everyone gets the update notification.
It is kind of like a hotfix not really a standalone update in itself.
