Earlier today we had images that allegedly showed us the Meizu M5S from the rear, but we now have new photos that show a working handset, purported retail packing and even a possible retail price for the handset.
Originally the only details we had to go on for the Meizu M5S were the model numbers M612Q and M612M along with a few technical details of the phones, but today there has been a huge leak with photos detailing both the handset and retail packaging.
These new photos add to the images we posted earlier today and now give us a detailed look of the face of the new Meizu smartphone. Like other current Meizu’s the front panel of the handset features a physical home button with fingerprint scanner, 5.2-inch display but only a 1280 x 720 HD panel.
Gizchina News of the week
Retail packaging in the photos clearly shows the M5S logo and detail the specs to include 3GB RAM. This is actually likely to be the middle of the field M5S as other leaked models have been rumoured to have as little as 2GB RAM and as much as 4GB RAM.
The packaging also shows the inclusion of a USB cable and charger for topping up the energy levels in the built in 2930mAh battery. The rear of the Meizu grey phones shows the handsets’ rear 13 mega-pixel camera and LED flash.
Apparetnly the Meizu M5S will cost 1299 Yuan for this middle of the road version of the phone with 3GB RAM. Other features include between 16064GB internal memory, front 5 mega-pixel camera, Android 6.0 and octacore Mediatek chipset.
