This one does look like the batter deal among the two.
I have the axon pro, which is more or less the same thing, but without the fingerprint scanner and is limited to 32gb. The phones really very good, screen is nice, sound is excellent. The dual camera set up does really work quite well at some points when used correctly. There are some minor hiccups i have noticed with memory management, apps closing in the background in a way that 3gb ram device should not permit. Oh and it won’t be officially updated to nougat last i checked and the development community for this phone is not so big.
How’s battery life? How many hours of screen do you squeeze out of it?
I think camera is supposed to be fairly good at that price, considering the big 1.8 aperture, but back than everyone was comparing it with lg g4’s cam saying “it’s not on the same level” because of axon’s high price back than… Now that the axon is around 160$, I wonder how’s the camera considering the actual price!
For 160, its great. The Bokeh mode is a really nice addition, it’s a wee bit hit and miss. In that it can work extremely well on some shots, and look odd or gimmicky in others. I don’t feel qualified to be definitive on this, I moved from a Jaiyu S3s to this one, so my standards werent the highest. But friends with higher end iphones and such have been really quite impressed. I paid 130 for a basically unused first hand one, its the best value for money phone I have got so far.
