Blackview aren’t new to stress testing their devices and prove how durable they are, this time it’s the turn of their latest Blackview BV7000 Pro. The rugged smartphone with a 5-inch Full HD display, 4GB of RAM and IP68 waterproof rating.
Let’s have a look at the video itself:
As you may have seen, these are totally ordinary scenarios that happen every other day, who doesn’t use their smartphone as a chopping board? The one that got me giggle the most is the nutcracker test; I’ve had plenty of times I couldn’t find the actual nutcracker and had to use my own hands to crack them open. In those situations a Blackview BV7000 Pro would have come in handy, saving time and efforts.
Jokes aside, the phone proved itself to be very durable, if it survived those tests then it can pretty much survive to anything that could happen in an ordinary day.
Albeit it’s a rugged phone, the Blackview BV7000 Pro also packs relatively good hardware, here’s the full spec sheet.

A shame ‘only’ 3500mAh battery…
For a 5 inch rugged phone,3500mAh is big.XD
Except, I do a lot of hiking, often on new trails I wish to explore. GPS would run the battery down quickly.
MTK GPS is pretty crappy.
Yeah but the size of this thing is HUGE, so i thought of 5000-6000mAh would be great. 3500 seems somewhat disappointing :/
I think the 3500 mAh battery is used to make the body thinner.
Yes, I think so.

Check the yet-to-come Bluboo R1, with more than double battery 😉
