Originally unveiled about two months ago in CES 2017, the ZTE Blade V8 is now available in the Chinese market, priced at 1499 Yuan (approximately $218).
Blade V8 is one of the mid-rangers of the Chinese company for this year, packing a Snapdragon 435 SoC, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage (expandable via microSD slot) and a 2730mAh battery.
It features a 5.2 inch full HD display (IPS technology) and dual camera setup on the back, that uses a 13MPixels Sony IMX258 sensor along with a 2MP secondary sensor for impressive bokeh effects, selective focus, after shot re-focus etc. It also packs a front facing selfie camera (13MPixels), minimal dimensions and impressive build quality (according to ZTE). As we mentioned previously, the ZTE Blade V8 is available in the Chinese market starting today, in two color options (Dark Grey and Silver) priced at 1499 Yuan (approximately $218).
ZTE emphasizes a lot on its VR features so once you buy the device you can use its box as a VR Headset. Instructions on how to do this are enclosed in the package 😉
