It’s been several months since we last heard from the Chinese based company LeEco due to their financial troubles. Today is another day however and LeEco unveiled a new variant of the highly successful Le Pro 3 flagship that was introduced last year. The new model goes under the LeEco Le Pro 3 Elite name but if you look at its specs, it’s nowhere near “Elite”.
It is powered by a Snapdragon 820 SoC (no, not Snapdragon 821, or 835) and offers 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It also lacks NFC support when compared to its predecessor so we have no idea where this kind of “Elite” name derives from. Apart from all these differences all other specs are the same with the Le Pro 3 smartphone.
Gizchina News of the week
It packs an all metal design, it’s available in gold color only and comes with a huge 4070mAh battery that will surely extend its performance for almost 2 full day’s work. Oh, once you buy the device you will get 3 months of free membership access to LeEco’s video streaming services which is not bad 😉
The – not so Elite- LeEco Le Pro 3 Elite variant is already available online via LeEco Mall, Lynx, Jingdong with a price tag of approximately $246.
