Vivo just unveiled a new budget Android smartphone for the Malaysian market that comes under the Vivo Y25 name and a price tag of just $110.
The affordable device comes in two color options: White and Grey. It has a plastic body, a 4.5 inch display with 854×480 pixels resolution and it’s powered by a Mediatek MT6580 SoC clocked at 1.3GHz. It’s a budget phone so you can expect just 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage with microSD slot (expandable up to 128GB) and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop along with the customized Color OS 2.1 UI on top.
Gizchina News of the week
The Vivo Y25 packs a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front camera for selfies, and a 1900 mAh battery that will hardly give it one day of usage. It measures 130.7 x 66.4 x 9.2 mm and offers full 4G/LTE compatibility with dual SIM support, along with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, OTG, 3.5m Audio port, and a MicroUSB 2.0 port.
Dude… It’s a 4.5 inch screen with a low resolution…. 1900mAh is more than enough for one day….
Sometimes I wonder why Gizchina has such young unprofessional people that can’t even remember 2014 properly when 4.5 inches and HD resolution were normal… Oh and 2000mAh battery’s too….
I agree. 2000mAh will have no problem powering through a day of usage or perhaps more with the chipset and ram that is being offered. Not forgetting the display is not even HD.
plastic, mt6580, 5MP, Ultra LD screen, all of this for 110$ ? Are they f*cking kidding ? I hope they sell none of those aberrations
Color OS 2.1 UI on top….. sure…..
