Some days ago we’ve checked out the MGCOOL Explorer that is already on the market and shipping. Today, we have a look at MGCOOL’s latest Explorer 1S, an action cam that can shoot 4K videos at an higher frame rate, thus making it appealing to more advanced users.

Gizchina News of the week
Aesthetically the MGCOOL Explorer 1S looks sleek, it comes in two colors: grey and black. It has a power/mode button on the front and a shutter on the top. On the left we side we find the AIO, microUSB, HDMI and microSD slots, while on the right side there are two buttons for menu navigation.
In the box you’ll find various accessories, like the waterproof case, camera bracket, bicycle stand, two helmet bases, a clip, USB cable and an user manual.
The MGCOOL Explorer 1S is now on sale for $49.99 from online retailers like Gearbest. At this price point this camera has a good price-to-performance ratio and users that are getting into recording action won’t have to spend a lot to finally record 4K videos.
But that’s just our opinion, what’s your take on these cheaper action cameras? Drop a comment just below!
Honestly, the camera looks impressive when you consider the price
It is always good to choose the color

How about that processor?
This is the first time I hear about this Sony sensor
Hey Andi, I wrote a rather extensive comment yesterday to this story (rather a question to readers regarding the actual sensor in this thing), posted it, saw the “awaiting approval” message and now, no comment. What’s up with that?
