Xiaomi scores its fastest million with the Redmi Note 4 in India

Xiaomi have announced that their newest Redmi Note series phone (besides iterations), the Redmi Note 4, has sold a million units in India.

Xiaomi mention that the phone got to the million units mark in just 45 days. The phone first went on sale in India on the 23rd of January. This comes only a few weeks after the grand Redmi Note 4 sale that saw 250k units of the phone being sold in a mere 10 minutes.

The Redmi Note 4 in India is pretty much what Xiaomi launched as the Redmi Note 4X in China a few weeks back. The version features a Snapdragon 625 SoC and gives the Helio X20 from the original Redmi Note 4 a ditch.
