Sony’s mid-range Xperia XA1 model is now available in Hong Kong according to official information by the company.
It’s a decent budget android model, equipped with Mediatek’s Helio P20 octa-core processor clocked at 2.3GHz and comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Following Sony’s excellent history in the imaging sector, the Xperia XA1 packs a a f/2.0 23MP sensor with Exmor RS™ on the rear and an 8MP Exmor R camera with a 23mm wide angle lens in front for selfies.

It runs on Android 7.0 Nougat and packs a 2300mAh battery with Mediatek’s Pump Express+ 2.0 fast charge. There is also NFC on-board and a USB Type-C port at the bottom. The device comes with dual SIM support (which features a dual SIM tray plus a separate slot for microSD card), and it’s available in white, black, gold, and pink color.
The Sony Xperia XA1 is priced at HK$2,498 (¥2215/$321), which seems a bit pricey to me.
