UMIDIGI have recently released the C Note, a device that aesthetically looks almost identical to the premium flagship UMi Z and Z Pro, but packs less powerful hardware making it cost about half the price.
Today, the guys over at UMIDIGI have posted a video regarding the battery life of this budget phone, let’s have a look!
In this video they decided to compare the UMIDIGI C Note vs the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 and as you can see from the video, the C Note wins by about 40 minutes, in a test where they put a movie on loop.
The UMIDIGI C Note can last longer than the previously mentioned UMi Z and UMIDIGI Z Pro as it features a slightly bigger battery, but that’s not the only reason. The C Note packs a less powerful but more efficient quad-core processor against the deca-core on the bigger brothers.

While in Doze mode, the device’s wakelocks will be still allowed and GPS or WiFi will work, but cell network will be disabled outside the maintenance windows. This allows your fitness accessories to keep track of your position, while apps like Facebook and others won’t be able to.
UMIDIGI also added some words at the bottom of the Youtube video, which say as follows:
