Micromax, once a behemoth in the lucrative Indian smartphone market, is now being seen wanting to space.

Micromax is also planning to come up with a couple new budget phones in the budget segment, where the brand saw the most traction in its heyday. The Evok Note and the Evok Power are two devices that the Indian vendor plans to launch in the 6,000-12,000 INR range in the coming months.
With a host of Chinese makers offering a slew of budget options, do you think Micromax will be able to find itself the niche it used to rule over at one time?
