UMIDIGI — previously known as UMi — is rapidly improving the build quality in all their range of devices. Let’s take for example the C Note, a phone with the design and premium build of their flagship UMIDIGI Z Pro coming at about half the price.
To show off the processes they adopt to keep such high quality standards, they have now made a video introducing us in their HQ in Shenzhen China; let’s have a look at the video.
UMIDIGI have also shared some information on how they handled every detail on the C Note. Beginning with the all metal body of the phone, which is created from a thick piece of aerospace-grade aluminum and goes through a 48-hour long process to finally achieve its finally shape.
The attention UMIDIGI puts on the production line makes so that the phone can endure accidental bumps and falls. As you would expect from a phone that has gone through CNC polishing and sandblasting. Then refined with anodic oxidation and manual sanding to create a smooth surface.
Same goes for the aesthetics, quoting UMIDIGI:
Gizchina News of the week
The UMIDIGI C Note comes packing a big 3800mAh battery which should ensure a day of heavy use, also thanks to the power efficient quad-core CPU and software optimization available on Android 7.0 Nougat — with which the phone comes out of the box.
In the end, the good internal hardware and premium build quality make this phone a great all-arounder for those who are on a budget. If you need more powerful hardware, the UMi Z and Z Pro should suffice that.
UMIDIGI’s C Note presale will kick off tomorrow April 11th and it will cost $129.99. Price will be locked for a month and after that it’ll go back to the official price of $149.99. In addition to that, in the presale period you can also get a phone case and screen protector for free. If you want to know more about the phone or buy one click here.
