New Elephone S8 prototype video confirms earlier leaks

Just yesterday we have seen a whole bunch of pictures trying to pose as pics depicting the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, but were quickly identified as rather pics of the upcoming Elephone S8. Granted there are some similarities in the design of both phones. And with today’s released Elephone video we can indeed confirm it was a spot on catch with the model identification.

In the leaked video we can catch a glimpse of the engineering sample of the Elephone S8 with the tri-bezel-less design. Even though the video is just few seconds long you can get some idea about the looks and design of the device. It’s obvious that just like Mi Mix thez opted to place the front camera lens on the chin of the body. Our Elephone sources also confirmed today that the phone will have 6-inch display and increasingly popular back cover with lumia effect.

As for the rest of the actual hardware there is nothing new, so we have to stick to the earlier predictions and leaks putting the phone with Helio X27, 6 GB RAM and possibly Sony IMX258 camera. Hopefully more wlll be revealed soon and we will surely keep you informed.
