Good news OnePlus fans, the OnePlus 5 has shown up in China and received its 3C certification.
We’re waiting with baited breath for the OnePlus 5, and thanks to a recent 3C certification over in China, we now know that the handset is approaching launch.
The certificate tells us that the OnePlus 5 will be called the OnePlus A5000, which follows on from the OnePlus 2 and OnePlus 3 naming strategy.
3C certifications don’t tell us what specifications the OnePlus 5 will have, unfortunately, just the supported networks, however, we do have plenty of leaks to list to help us along with this phone’s hardware.

OnePlus 5 Specifications
According to the most recent rumours, the OnePlus 5 will feature a 5.5-inch Quad HD 2560 x 1440 AMOLED display. Qualcomm will be the processor partner once again with the Snapdragon 835 pencilled in as the favourite chipset for the phone.
RAM options will be available for either a 6GB or 8GB RAM model, internal memory will reach 256GB and the phone will boast a 3000mAh battery. At this stage, we don’t know if the OnePlus 5 will have a dual camera, but it sounds like it will have at least one 23 megapixel main camera.
The final detail we know so far is Android 7.1.1 coming as standard. We’ll keep an eye on the latest rumours and bring you more OnePlus 5 news as it comes.
