Elephone are soon going to launch a new device they call a “camera phone” — meaning its camera will be highlight of the phone — which will be named Elephone P8 (previously known as P25), but he won’t be alone for long!
The Elephone P8 will shine for its Samsung 3P3 16MP front-facing camera, while on the back there’s an even higher pixel density Sony IMX230 21MP. But Elephone won’t stop there and after launching the P8, they’ll also release the Elephone P8 Mini, which as you can imagine from the name is a smaller version of the same phone.
Gizchina News of the week
The Elephone P8 Mini will feature a reduced in size 5-inch Full HD display (the P8 is 5.5″) and it’ll be powered by a MediaTek MT6750 CPU, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. As far as cameras go, the front-facing camera will have the same 16MP resolution as the bigger brother, but the rear shooter will be 13MP instead. The Elephone P8 Mini will run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box.
Elephone say this device will be very affordable, which sounds interesting considering the amount of RAM and storage it packs.
