Design of the iPhones is probably one of the most copied thing around the world and especially in China they just love it. Hard to blame them, there is always certainly something to the new Apple design. But how about getting one from a respectable manufacturer for just $80 ? Meet the new UMIDIGI G.
UMIDIGI G did nail quite a bit of the design of the iPhone 7, although it has only polycarbonate build sprayed with aluminum alloy imitating the sandblasted effect. Also it’s coming with a bigger 5-inch Sharp display with HD resolution, 2.5D and Gorilla Glass 4. It’s also fairly light with 135,5g of weight.

Concerning the hardware inside and other specs the phone and has 4G enabled MT6737, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB of internal storage, front fingeprint scanner, Android 7.0 Nougat OS, dual SIM support, 8 Mpix rear and 2 Mpix front cameras and sadly copying the small battery history of the iPhones with just 2000 mAh capacity.
Presale subscription for the new UMIDIGI G is already up from May 2nd for just $79.99 and the actual presale should start on May 16th. You can find more information on the official website, because the phone is already listed there fully.
Specs are not outstanding but for that price that’s more than reasonable. I’m looking forward to a little review of this once it’s out !
