Today we get to know a very important detail which many GizChina readers will be happy to hear, that is: phone weight. Elephone have indeed just revealed that their freshly launched P8 Mini will weight only 133 grams!

That is quite a light phone considering it comes with a full metal body, don’t you guys agree?

Let’s now have a quick recap for those who have missed the Elephone P8 Mini in their news feed. The budget phone comes with a 5-inch Full HD display, 16MP front-facing camera and two 13MP shooters on the back. There are also 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage at the incredibly low price of $99.99.

You can reserve the Elephone P8 Mini on its official launch page, albeit getting it at $99.99 is a bit trickier than it should. Hopefully that will be its retail price when officially released to the market. Click here to learn more.

As far as i know there will be one 13 Megapixel camera and one 2 Megapixel camera on the back and not as mentioned here two 13 Megapixel cameras on the back.
    That’s quite a difference.

looks great. specs are good for the price, if you can really get one at that price. but this is still elephone. I expect nasty surprises. I would definitely wait for reviews and not chance a pre-order.

The specs and the price are really interesting! But it’s an Elephone, you never know what problems it will show up…
