Gionee has launched the latest in its line of smartphones, the Gionee S10. What makes this smartphone so special is the dual camera setup, not just on the rear, but also on the front.
The Gionee S10 fetures a very iPhone 7 Plus-like design. The phone has a metal body with the fingerprint sensor on the front flanked by the back and recent apps capacitive keys. On the top bezel lies the dual camera setup. The phone weighs heavy at 178 grams.
On the spec front, the Gionee S10 features a 5.5-inch 1080p IPS LCD display. The processor however, is not the kind you would see in a flagship. The S10 features the mid range octa core Helio P25 chipset clocked at 2.5GHz, coupled with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. The phone is powered by a 3450mAh battery and runs Android Nougat 7.0 with AMIGO 4.0 on top.

What sets this phone apart from the competition is the dual camera setup on both the front and the back. The setup on the rear sports a 16MP and an 8MP sensor with 6P lens and f/1.8 aperture, meaning better image quality in low light conditions. The smartphone features a 20MP+8MP setup on the front.
Along with the S10, Gionee has also launched two more variants, the S10B and S10C. The S10B features a 5.5 inch 1080p IPS LCD display, coupled with the Helio P10 MT6755 chipset. It has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. On the back lies the 13MP+5MP dual camera setup and the front has a 16MP selfie shooter. The S10B is powered by a 3700mAh battery.
Cheapest of the lot, the S10C features a 5.2 inch 720p display, Snapdragon 427, 4GB RAM and 32GB of onboard storage. The S10C lacks the dual camera setup and instead features a 13MP camera on the rear and a 16MP shooter on the front with a 3100mAh battery.
The Gionee S10 is priced at 2599 Yuan ($380), the S10B at 2199 Yuan ($320) and the S10C at 1599 Yuan ($233). The Gionee S10 will be available in Cherry gold, dark night black, indigo gray blue, primrose green colors.
