Cubot shows us an early image of the new Cubot Magic and already our pulses are racing.
Be honest now, how many smartphones have you seen this year that just looks drop dead gorgeous? Yep, a lot! Well, here comes another!
Cubot has been in touch today with an image of an all-new model that the firm aims to bring to market before the end of Summer. The new model will feature a premium design with mid-range hardware to offer great looks, great performance and a price that won’t break the bank.
Named the Cubot Magic, this new smartphone will go on sale in July and has a body curved on 8 edges to give it the appearance of a highly polished pebble. The phone will also come with the all important dual rear camera feature and we’re happy to report that the Magic will retain the standard 3.5mm headphone jack.

We don’t know the full details yet, for example, we don’t know if the Cubot Magic will be a 5-inch phone or 5.5-inch phone, but what we do know is the handset offers support for up to 128GB micro SD cards, comes with 16GB internal memory, 3GB RAM and a MediaTek MT6737 chipset.
The rear cameras include a main 13 megapixel sensor with secondary 2 megapixel sensor plus dual tone LED flash.
We can see from the images too that the screen appears to have a curved edge to it and oddly we don’t see a position where a fingerprint scanner might be located. Perhaps it’s on the edge of the phone or maybe even beneath the display?
