The LG G Pad IV 8.0 FHD is dubbed as the successor to last year’s G Pad III 8.0 FHD tablet and it is powered by an affordable Snapdragon 435 SoC with 8 cores clocked at 1.4GHz each and boasts an 8.0 inch IPS display of 1920×1200 pixel resolution.

The quite impressive tablet is being marketed by the company as a light-weight device, easy for women and young people to carry around. It packs 2GB of RAM and 32GB ROM but thankfully it can be expanded up to 2TB via microSD card. Camera enthusiasts won’t be impressed by the two 5MPixel cameras placed in both sides of the device, but it’s difficult to expect that much from such an average tablet in the market nowadays.
The LG G Pad IV 8.0 FHD has normal dimensions (216.2 x 127.0 x 6.9 mm), it weighs approximately 290g and runs Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. It is expected to launch in dark brown color tomorrow, carrying a price tag of KRW 352,000 (approximately $305) which seem really expensive for what it can offer. But anyway…
