Nougat based Flyme OS closed beta launched by Meizu


Good news for all those Nougat lovers out there, it seems that the official Nougat Flyme OS ROM is getting one step closer, as Meizu launched earlier today the first Android 7.0-based Flyme OS Closed Beta!

This closed beta is currently available for the Meizu PRO and Meizu PRO 6S with more models getting support soon including the PRO 6 Plus, PRO 5, MX6, Charm Blue E, Charm Blue Max, Charm Blue Note 5, Charm Blue Note 3, and nine other models.

According to its change-log, this ROM brings significant bug fixes and improvements to the camera, system, connectivity, and basic settings of the Flyme OS including support for several features such as payment authorization for several services via the fingerprint sensor, among others.

If you’re brave enough to run your Meizu smartphone on a closed-beta ROM, then you can register over at Meizu and begin the download of the closed beta called Flyme 6.7.7.10 Daily, sized at 1.4GB.
