Vernee have just released some in-depth details about the Vernee Mars Pro, their latest best cost-effective smartphone. The device is a good mix between premium design and good autonomy with a 3500mAh battery. And it’s about these two important factors that we’re going to learn more!
Vernee claim is that the Vernee Mars Pro can be used for a full day and we somewhat believe it as well. The on-board CPU is a Mediatek Helio P25 which is one of the most power efficient ones on the Mediatek side and then we have the good sized 3500mAh then does the rest of the job.
The Mars Pro also features fast charging at 9V/2A, that means a total power of 18W, definitely something you don’t see every day. Through the USB Type-C port at the bottom of the phone you can charge the device to 20% in 10 minutes, 40% in 20 minutes and 100% in 90 minutes.
To ensure the smartphone doesn’t go up in flames, Vernee designed a three layers protection on their charger, USB Type-C port and battery. First with have a safety voltage protective net, then a safety current maintenance network and lastly temperature monitoring maintenance network. So that’s a total of nine different steps the power has to go through before charging your phone.

While you can charge your smartphone very fast, you can also discharge at a lower rate thanks to Vernee’s endurance mode. With endurance mode enabled you’re able to limit the number of apps in the background and leave on only the ones you really need. Vernee say that even with a 15% battery you can get a whole day of autonomy in endurance mode.
Here’s a video of endurance mode in action:
Good autonomy is also brought by the homemade VOS operating system present on the Vernee Mars Pro, which is of course based on Android 7.0 Nougat, with some additional feature to improve battery life.
In conclusion, the Vernee Mars Pro is a slim, good looking phone with a 3500mAh battery which will last you the whole day. You can learn more about it over at Vernee’s official website.
