Xiaomi’s Mi Mix is still one of the more attention-worthy designs out there. We’ve known for a while now that Xiaomi is working on launching a successor to the Mix, but it looks like we’re finally closer to the launch — in time and info — than ever before.
Codenmaned Chiron, the Mix 2 is set to see a launch in China in the coming weeks. The phone had already received TENAA certification, and the latest news from sources in China is that the phone has also won itself a 3C certification.
Gizchina News of the week
With the formalities out of the way, it looks like a paved road to the final launch. You should expect the launch to take place in the coming handful of weeks.
As for the design, expect the Mix 2 to have an even higher body-to-screen ratio than the Mix (our Xiaomi Mi Mix review) along with high-end internals including a Snapdragon 835, 6-8GB RAM, and more.
Stay tuned for more on the Mi Mix 2!
This design has to be a reality to make the sheeple’s tuck their tails btw their legs…I am going to buy my first Xiaomi .. if this is to be true.
Meizu boy? I haven’t had a Meizu phone since 2015, which was my first and only Meizu phone lol.
If anything it would be Xiaomi boy, I owned more Xiaomi’s than anything else.
Too bad the dream ended with meizu, was expected. still expensive and mid range since 2015 ?
Meizu makes some excellent phones, the new M6 Note might be one of the best phones launched this year.
redmi note 4x $150. What’s so excellent about m6 note ?
The best of the Meizu is the Pro 7. But their $150 phone is better than the Redmi Note 4/X from Xiaomi (Which I own). It has everything the RN4 has but it has a much better camera and better fast charge technology. It’s camera rivals many flagships.
Hi balco, I’m a xiaomi boy(let’s say mini boy) too
I am more of a Chinese phone boy haha, I love Xiaomi the most but Huawei and Vivo are close behind.
My second phone is a huawei!! all hail good chinese phones
0I currently use a Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 (personal phone) and Oppo R11 (work phone). I have never been a huge fan of OPPO, I much prefer sister company Vivo, but the R11 was a gift from one of my clients so I have to use it. I do a lot of work with component suppliers for several Chinese phones (that’s how my love for them began) so I constantly get free phones from various vendors. If you don’t use them it can be a huge sign of disrespect.
