After a false start last year of a bezel-less Oppo phone last year failed to come to fruition new rumours might actually deliver the goods.
This is certainly not the first time that rumours have flared in regards to an Oppo device with edge-to-edge bezel-less display. Last year there were leaked photos of a supposed Oppo phone with an edge-to-edge display, that phone never came true but that isn’t to say it won’t this year.
New rumours are now hinting at a new Android phone from Oppo, named either the Oppo R13 or Oppo R12 Plus, that WILL come with an edge-to-edge display. The phone is reported to have minimal bodywork around the face of the handset and will have a fingerprint scanner on the rear of along with dual rear cameras.

Evidence of the new phone comes in the form of the above image which is clearly labelled up as the Oppo R12 Plus and even gives a few more details about the phone including the amount of memory, screen size and resolution.
Apparently, this new bezel-less Oppo phone will get between 64GB and 128GB internal memory, 8GB RAM, and a 6-inch display with 2560 x 1440 resolution.
At this stage we don’t know what processor this flagship Oppo will be packing nor do we know anything about the rear cameras, but we would like to see Oppo’s OIS implemented, while VOOC seems highly likely.
