Just a few days ago Oukitel announced that they will be releasing two infinity display smarthones soon in Oukitel Mix 2 and Oukitel C8. And today we have for you a small official video, where they are trying to compared the Mix 2 to another Mix 2, the original high-end Xiaomi variant.
From the video it’s quite clear the Oukitel Mix 2 looks like a twin brother of the Xiaomi handset, it features a 6-inch FullHD display and shares the same design with front selfie camera and flash being located in the bottom right corner. At a first glance the Oukitel piece looks a bit slimmer, but we have to wait for the actual phone being released to measure it for real. Both phones have the glossy design, but achieved through different means.
Gizchina News of the week
Unlike the Xiaomi Mix 2, the Oukitel Mix 2 has a dual lens rear camera with 16MP+2MP sensor resolution combo and 8MP selfie front cam. Fingeprint scanner is more or less identical too with similar placement on the back of the device. Exact hardware specifications for the phone are not yet available, though it’s rumored to be sporting Mediatek Helio P25 as the processor. But we have to wait for the confirmation and more info being released.
Today is also a big day for another Oukitel smartphone, because their outdoor rugged flagship Oukitel K10000 Max is starting its global presales period. Equipped with 5,5-inch FullHD display, 10000 mAh battery capacity and IP68 certification it looks ready for the outdoor adventures. K10000 Max also sports 3 GB RAM, 32 GB ROM, MT6753 octa-core chipset 13MP+5MP cameras or gyroscope and geomagnetic sensors. Retail price is set at $259.99, but the special presale offer lowers it to the $199.99 on Gearbest. You can get there through the link on the official website.
I see these bezels everywhere, You’re not fooling ANYBODY oukitel
Pause the side-by-side front view where they match screen position and see how much extra chin it has… More like a mix 1 with extra top bezel
