The Nokia 3310 is a solid feature phone that was received with accolades by both reviewers and users alike but fell short of expectation with its lack of support for 3G networks. The absence of that singular feature meant fans in many countries including Singapore, New Zealand, the Netherlands and the U.S where 2G networks are been phased out wouldn’t get hold of the device.
Well, HMD Global has heeded to the cries of its fans World over and has just released the iconic Nokia 3310 in a 3G variant.
Speaking on the launch, HMD Global chief product officer, Juho Sarvikas said “Our fans around the world have been asking for this iconic phone to support 3G. Fans asked, we listened, and today welcome the Nokia 3310 3G.”

The 3G connectivity option aside, the Nokia 3320 3G variant is the same device announced at MWC earlier this year, but now available in new colors, with an enhanced and customizable user interface which allows users change the icon colors and position to ensure your favorite functions are exactly where you want them to be.
In addition to the existing Yellow and Warm Red colors, the refreshed Nokia 3310 3G comes in beautiful new Azure and Charcoal hues, all with a matte finish and new silver keypads.
All other specs remain same, including a 1200mAh battery with up to 6.5 hours of talk time,27 days of standby time,2.4-inch color screen, 2-megapixel rear camera and LED flash and 16 MB expandable storage.
With a global tag of €69/$89.95, the Nokia 3310 3G will be available first in Australia before it rolls out to other countries from mid-October.
