We reported earlier that Microsoft Edge browser will soon be compatible with iOS and Android devices. Presently, the Edge for iOS Preview version is now available and can be installed by all iOS users. This version was initially available for only Windows Insiders which is more like a beta testing community but Microsoft has now removed the restrictions. This was made known today by Microsoft’s Joe Belfiore in a Tweet.

To get access to Edge for iOS Preview, follow steps below
- Click on the source link
- Click on the box marked iOS (that is after website from Microsoft opens)
- Type in your Apple ID (You will receive instructions for loading the app within 24 hours)
This browser is not available for Android users for now but if you want to get it as soon as possible, click the box marked Android from the Microsoft site and register your email. This will enable you to get an alert as soon as the app is available on the Google Play Store.
This Edge Preview promises a lot of amazing features. This browser enables you to start a browsing session on your PC and continue from where you stopped on your mobile phone. Finding your favorites, browser history and others will be seamless as they will all be in one location using Hub View.
In other news, the Arrow Launcher has been renamed “Microsoft Launcher” for Android. With this, you can find all important news from the Feed by swiping to the right. You also find your favorite apps, favorite people and recent activities in that section. Just as it is with the Edge Preview, you can start something on your smartphone and finish it on your PC.
