It seems that HTC has more surprises for us during their upcoming event scheduled for November 2. During that event the Taiwanese company plans to unveil their U11 Plus flagship -but wait- we will probably see another device during that event according to recent info. Rumors suggest that the HTC U11 Life is going to arrive as a part of the Android One program, running on Android 8 Oreo.
Gizchina News of the week
Following the footsteps of its older brother, the upcoming model will be IP67 certified, so it will be waterproof and resistant to humidity, dust etc. It will use a USB Type-C port instead of a 3.5mm audio jack, but it will be equipped with a pair of USonic headphones with noise cancellation in the box, along with full Bluetooth 5.0 and NFC compatibility.
The mid-range model will be equipped with a Snapdragon 630 SoC, along with a 5.2 full HD display with 32GB of storage (with microSD slot) and 3GB of RAM. It will retain the 16MP selfie camera of the U11 flagship with features like HDR support, 4K video shooting etc, but it will use a 16MP main camera on its back, along with a relatively small 2600 mAh battery.
Its price tag should be aroung 400 Euros and it will be available in 2 color variants: Blue Sapphire and Ice White.
