Gizchina News of the week
What is most interesting about the teaser video is the “even more squeezed in” which we believe is an indirect reference to HTC’s Edge Sense feature, which offers shortcuts to apps or actions.
What we deduce from the latest teaser from HTC perhaps is one of its upcoming presumably the HTC U11 plus will get the HTC’s Edge Sense feature. The device is expected to adopt the 18:9 design pattern with a 6-inch display. Having an elongated 18:9 display should mean the device could come with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Aside from the expected slight variation in designs, the HTC U11 Plus is expected to retain all the other specs and features of the HTC U11.
HTC on the said November 2 date is also rumored to announce yet another variant of the HTC U11, dubbed HTC U11 life. If previous rumors turn out true, the HTC U11 life could launch as the first Oreo AndroidOne smartphone.
