Gizchina News of the week

The Nokia 2, if you need a refresher, is HMD Global’s latest and cheapest Android phone till date. It highlights a large 4,100mAh juice pack with two days rating, which is far ahead what most phones at same price points offers. It comes with a 5.0-inch 720 x 1280 display, a 1.3GHz quad-core Snapdragon 212 processor and 1GB of RAM. The device is made of 6000 series aluminum frame with a polycarbonate back and comes with splash-proof IP52 ratings, which invariably means splashing water against the device from any direction shall have no harmful effect. Elsewhere, you get an 8MP rear camera, a 5MP front-facing camera and an expandable 8GB of storage.

HMD Global is yet to begin taking pre-orders for the Nokia 2 in India and China, but you can currently pre-order the special edition Nokia 5 with 3GB RAM in India.
