The OnePlus 5T is all set for launch today at 11 AM, ET in Brooklyn, New York. The latest report hints towards a Star Wars edition of the 5T. The report comes as a courtesy of XDA developers who dug deep to get references to the Star Wars movie.
A teardown of the APKs present in the leaked OnePlus 5 Oreo build revealed a few lines of code that prompted more digging by the developers. The “accent_star_wars” string with the value set as #ff2837, the same colour that has been used on the Star Wars: The Last Jedi posters, was found in the Launcher, Settings and SystemUI APKs. More digging revealed a line of code, “DEVICE_CUSTOM_STAR_WARS” which hints towards the existence of a Star Wars edition which might be revealed anytime between the launch and the release of the movie.
