The ZTE Axon 7 is officially out of production

ZTE’s Axon 7 made a huge splash in the US market last year as a competitor to OnePlus and Xiaomi. The device offered many things that made it great like its stereo speakers, QHD AMOLED display and lovely pricing. But unfortunately, nothing lasts forever as the ZTE Axon 7 is now officially out of production.

We can only imagine the Axon 7’s end means the inevitable Axon 8 is coming soon. ZTE acknowledges the device’s existence on Twitter, so it’s now only a matter of when it’ll arrive. We’re also curious to see what improvements and new features will be on the new device when it arrives.

Cracking phone, I’ve yet to find a worthy replacement that has a QHD screen, quality DAC, the best speakers on any phone I’ve heard (apart from the Razer), Daydream, and pretty reliable support from a Chinese manufacturer.
