Today, Huawei hosted an event in London where it launched the Huawei Honor 7X smartphone for India. A couple of weeks back, this smartphone was launched in China. With India joining, the device is now available in the top two largest smartphone markets in the world.
Huawei Honor 7X – The Summary
Huawei Honor 7X is powered by an octa-core Hisilicon Kirin 659 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory but we also have the 64GB and 128GB internal memory variants. The memory is generally expandable up to 256GB. It is equipped with a 5.93-inch Full HD screen with 18:9 aspect ratio and 1080 x 2160 pixels display resolution. Its display is handled by a Mali T830 MP2 GPU and it runs on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system with EMUI 5.1 on top. In the camera department, Huawei Honor 7X comes with a dual rear camera setup which has a 16MP snapper supported by a 2MP camera. On the front, it has an 8MP shooter. The lights of this smartphone are kept on by a 3,340mAh battery.

The is a strong competition in the smartphone market presently and every manufacturer wants to give value for money. Huawei promised that the Honor 7X will come with an amazingly low price tag and that is exactly what we saw today. It comes with a Rs. 12,999 ($202) for the 32GB storage model and a Rs. 15,999 ($248) price tag for the 64GB storage variant. Online retailer, Amazon India, will exclusively sell this device from December 7 while Huawei’s HiHonor online store will sell the smartphone globally for €299.
