First 37 Customers of the OnePlus 5T Star Wars Limited Edition to Get a Star Named After Them


The first 37 customers of the OnePlus 5T Star Wars LE will be getting a star named after them. OnePlus has teamed up with Star Register to make it happen. The 37 customers will receive a certificate of ownership of the star named after them.

OnePlus recently announced the OnePllus 5T Star Wars LE smartphone. It features a white rear with the Star Wars branding. Identical to the standard 5T on the front, the LE has a red notification slider keeping the color changes to a minimum. On the software front, it comes with a special Star Wars theme as well as wallpapers.

On the spec front, the OnePlus 5T Star Wars LE features a 6.01-inch full-screen AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and Gorilla Glass 5 on top. Under the hood lies the Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, clocked at 2.45GHz coupled with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB RAM. On the back is a dual camera setup of a 16MP Sony IMX 398 sensor and a 20 MP IMX 376K sensor while the front has a 16 MP Sony IMX 371 sensor. It is powered by a 3,300mAh battery that supports Dash Charge (5V 4A). The OnePlus 5T Star Wars LE measures 156.1 x 75 x 7.3 mm and weighs 162g.
