Avenir Telecom, a smartphone maker that works under the Energizer® umbrella, just announced the launch of a quite interesting device – the Energizer® POWER MAX P600S. Let’s see what are the main features of this beautifully crafted phone coming with a curved 18:9 full HD screen and an ultra-powerful 4500mAh battery.
Long battery life
The Energizer® POWER MAX P600S – as the name suggest – is the new flagship device in the company’s lineup of big battery phones. The handset does indeed come with a massive 4500mAh battery that will last more than 16 days in standby and over 12 hours of use. The big battery is also paired with an intelligent Power Saving technology that optimizes battery usage to the maximum, plus it supports fast charging at 12V over the USB Type-C port.
Elegantly designed
The Energizer® POWER MAX P600S is the first smartphone to feature a bezel-less 5.99 inch 18:9 full HD display. This aspect ratio allows you to have a more enjoyable multitasking experience when using the multi-window feature with two apps running side by side, it also makes the smartphone easier to handle as it’s narrower compared to a 16:9 5.99-inch display.
At around 9.8 mm of thickness, the Energizer® POWER MAX P600S features a sleek design, with smooth lines, ergonomic curves and a carbon fiber looking back cover.
Dual camera setup
Featuring a dual 13MP and 5MP rear camera setup powered by Samsung and an 8MP front-facing shooter, the POWER MAX P600S should be able to snap some quite good photos with lots of details. The dual camera system also allows to take photos with the nice blur effect, add more clarity and faster focus. Meanwhile the front camera offers detail-rich selfies, same goes for video chats.

Eveready about to make a phone too
and duracell! 😉
Something doesn’t add up about this phone. The official specs – on their page – list this as 82mm wide. With a 5.99″ screen at 82mm wide that’s not an 18:9 ratio. 82mm wide and if the images are in any way accurate would make it a 16:9 screen. Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus is listed as a 5.99″ screen and width of 75.5mm. So either they are wrong about their own phone or the image is very wrong and it has insane side bezels.
90% of those full-screen phones from the small chinese brands are with much bigger bezels than what is on the pictures..
Even if your comment was accurate they’d have to be ~8mm. Even the cheapest Chinese phones aren’t close to that anymore. Especially the full screen 18:9 devices. 4mm, maybe.
