LG HU80KA Projector Providing 150-inch 4K Viewing Experience

LG HU80KA

Today it became known LG is going to release a projector at CES 2018. According to the company, the LG HU80KA has been made with one goal in mind. Their engineers have done their best to make the projector smaller than the industry standard without affecting the performance. As a result, they have got a product that is capable of providing up to 150 inches viewing performance at a 4K resolution.

LG HU80KA

As we know, 4K home projectors were bulky, expensive, and it was a real headache to install them. So the company had decided to focus on the compact size mainly. The LG HU80KA 4K Ultra HD projector can be placed anywhere in the house, on the ground, walls, and even the ceiling. And it will provide a perfect performance.

Gizchina News of the week

The LG HU80KA provides a 150-inch TV experience with a maximum brightness of 2500 lumens. This is the highest brightness of the LG branded products. There are also 7W built-in speakers accompanied by external speakers. The projector comes with a standard optical fiber port, HDMI port, and USB ports to plug keyboards, mouse, or other peripherals. You can even install third-party applications directly to the projector, as it comes with a LAN port as well.

The manufacturer claims the LG HU80KA is a cost-effective product, but it didn’t disclose any price tag for it. We think it will be priced at around $2000. This sounds quite attractive, but there is another product with identical (even better) features providing a similar performance and costing identically. We are talking about the Xiaomi Mi Laser Projector that reaches up to 5000 lumens of brightness, uses tons of innovative technologies, and costs under $2000. So the company should be sure there are no products with similar features before announcing the LG HU80KA is the first of its type.
