Doogee V ready to dazzle, comes as an iPhone X/Galaxy S9 clone!

Wow Doogee, wow! Don’t know if this thing will finally see the end of the road and comes to our HQ for review but it surely looks awesome (to me at least). Meet Doogee V guys, the Chinese OEM’s latest flagship model that is scheduled to be unveiled sometime by late April or early May.

That’s what the 2 notorious leaksters (@evleaks and Benjamin Geskin) say at least since yesterday, when they both tweeted their own versions of the upcoming Doogee V model. I wrote “their own versions” because as you can see we have 2 photos of the same device that have several differences especially on their back.

According to the leaks, this upcoming “flagship” model will pack an iPhone X like 6.2 inch display with a notch on the top. That’s where we will find several parts of its hardware such as a sensor, earpiece, and front camera. At the lowest part of the display we also have an in-display fingerprint scanner – a quite impressive accomplishment by Doogee if they indeed manage to incorporate it that is.

Gizchina News of the week

At the back the first image you see on top (belongs to Geskin) shows 2 cameras at 21MP+21MP and a typical design that doesn’t impress. There are two more selfie cameras placed in front, with 16MP+16MP resolution. However the image tweeted by Evan Blass (the one below) shares a close resemblance to another phone, though one that has not yet been released and yes, we’re talking about Samsung’s Galaxy S9+.

If you’re interested in more specs of this mystery Doogee V model then you’re in for a treat, as – according to Geskin- the device will be equipped with a Helio P40 SoC along with 6GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage priced at 300-350$!

What do you think guys? Is this thing real or not?

I really wish that this leak is for real. Doogee has been on fire lately, with fine products and ‘innovation’ : good steps 🙂

Evleaks is pretty credible not to say he can be wrong but this might just be true

Doogee is coming up with a lot of renders these days. It propably wont ever come out of concept state. The notch on top would be just annoying and would serve no purpose on android. Also, 300$ is too much for an iPhone clone with mediatek SoC and no manufacturer support.

Doogee already announced that phone at their youtube channel, but what about price – God knows
